Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago. He is a licensed architect in the State of Illinois and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board. Joe is a leader in the Chicagoland Market and serves as an officer and director on several trade associations including the Chicago Building Congress and the Chicagoland Construction Safety Council.

He has been honored with the Chicago Building Congress Award of Honor and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Richard G. Levy President’s Award. He is a Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame recipient and is an active member of the Entrepreneur Family Business Council at DePaul University.
